I'm going through the same thing with my BR, Ethel. I did worm her a couple of days ago with Ivermectin pour-on solution. She seems a bit better today and doesn't want me to catch her now, which is a really good sign because she doesn't necessarily like to be handled. It always worries me when I can handle the hens who hate it. She is eating yogurt and is around the other girls, but just lies down most of the time.

I'd err on the side of the dish soap rather than the flea soap for mites. It's not toxic and Agnes might not tolerate anything toxic right now. The cayenne pepper might help with the worms until you can get something stronger. Have you checked with an online vet? It costs $30. Some vets treat birds. take care. You and Agnes are in my heart and mind today.
