URGENT possible blood in stool? How to treat?

I cleaned out the coop and today I found this, it’s a fresh dropping. Is this blood? I am worried it’s Coccidiosis. All of our 4 hens are acting normal, they are active and eating/drinking. One hen looks like she may have lost weight. I haven’t seen any more bloody stool. They are all about 5 months old. Is it harmful to treat them for Coccidiosis if they don’t actually have it? Or should I treat them with dewormer?

For some more context: One of our hens died unexpectedly two days ago. We are hoping whatever happened to her to spread to the rest of the flock. We took her body in for a necropsy but the results won’t be back for another 5 days.
