Wow I can't believe that the USPS figured out a whole new way to ensure noone hatches eggs. JK. That is crazy, and very obvious that it was damaged in shipping - good luck collecting. You certainly deserve a refund from the PO, and the seller should definitely be informed. Best wishes......
