USPS lost my eggs

Update alert

The box was perfectly fineNo broken eggs!! Yay!! I was expecting the worst!! The USPS guy in my zone said I should have the seller put out a claim because it was the company’s fault he said they lost the package. The eggs were ice cold to the touch they must of been sitting in ac for long periods? The air sacks some are stuck to the side of the eggs some are really huge like day 10 air sacs and one is detached. So fingers crossed they will hatch!!

Usually the seller, at least in my experience, will only work with you or refund if you receive eggs broken. They wont/cannot take responsibility for how the USPS treats your package unless it was sent Express. Priority is a gamble BUT the USPS should refund the cost of the shipping as the package was guaranteed as Priority a 1 2 or 3 day delivery depending on your zone from the sellers location. That being said, there is a hurricane about in Florida so I dont know if that affected anything with your package, and I don't know whether acts of God are covered in the guarantee.
As for the eggs, @WVduckchick convinced me not to give up on my horribly shipped eggs which I incubated and got 5 out of 12 to hatch. Not great, but at least it was something!
I agree with you 100%

So quick little update!
I do have some growth on the lost eggs! All though two eggs have no growth out of the six and 3 have either detached air sacs or huge side air sacs! One is perfectly fine so far! I’ll post pictures of the candleing and hatch!
So here’s the first picture of the perfectly fine egg and a side air sac with small growth.
