Now that I'm watching the carbs I realized how much I used to eat. I'm
estimating I ate 500 to 1000 mg of carbs daily. Now I'm shooting for
200 while upping my intake of fruits, vegies, nuts, beans, and other
whole foods.
Another thing I'm focusing on is increasing my intake of Omega 3
(something I already took daily), potassium, magnesium, among other
nutrients.
Rome wasn't built in a day. I'm pretty happy so far after just a week.
