Yes, keep her with the others, but be sure to keep her butt clean. Not knowing what the Poultry Tonic contains, I can't recommend it. That's up to you to decide. It might make more sense to hold onto it until after the yeast clears up, though, just so she's not getting so much additives.

What condition is her vent in? After washing her off, did you get a good look at the tissue?
She may be straining to pass an egg.

I don't think so. The tissue is normal. she's been laying less while her bottom was dirty but she has been laying. She laid an egg just now.

Its the breathing and paleness I'm most worried about.
