Vent Gleet? UPDATED* fecal test indicates tapeworms and roundworms

Good morning fellow chicken lovers! While out on poop patrol today, here is what I found. Cecal poops maybe? Still not sure! No worms in the stool though that I can see.

For those of you following this thread and my flock's story, I have a concern. My Buff Orpington died and now one of her "sisters" has a droopy, purplish comb. She was acting just fine this morning but I have a full day today and not much time to observe her today. Could my ladies just be getting old? Or is there something else I should be looking for? If she starts acting sick I'm going to try to get her to the lab ASAP to see if they can find out what's going on. Any other suggestions? Thank you!

I keep updating my birds status but no one is answering me. Sick bird needs help.
