So far no one, I've had no luck finding them for sale. I might have to have a couple girls shipped in. As soon as I have the money for it, lol.

I used to like coming here for a daily check in - not massive posts but a nice daily contact with other people -so I'm going to try to post a few times each week here and hope others in the Vermont thread do the same.

So my thought on this windy rainy morning is - I'm very liking the rural character of Vermont - love the October leaves set against rolling hills and seeing spread out villages dotting the still undeveloped landscape - even on a cold rainy day - this view imparts a peacefulness and a sense of being a part of a bigger world connection than just work and home. So I'm really digging my view over my coffee this morning - then will get out there and let my chickens out to free range which they do even in rainy weather. Even on the snowy days to come - they want OUT - to roam this lovely landscape we have here.

Anyone need a new heated waterer as winter gets closer? I purchased a new K&H Thermo Poultry Waterer, brought it home, and realized it was far too big for the space I have. So it is new, unused. Was purchased for $58, would sell for $25. These are the specs: https://www.cheshirehorse.com/thermo-poultry-waterer

Because of its size, it would probably cost about the purchase price to ship, so most likely should meet up somewhere to exchange. I live between Brattleboro and Keene, NH.
