You're stronger than me....I only let them get 1/2 done with the cold air in my ear thing and then threatened a panic attack complete with hyper-ventilating.
When I asked for the emisis basin, she knew I wasnt kidding....Blah!

I hope they can give you some relief Gretch. I havent had a real bad attack since the June one that ended in August. I keep 'bargaining' in my prayers....'please let me get through the holidays then hit me with a double.'
