Sadly she died during the night on thurday. She was very thin and finally managed to sit down and relax once we got her warm. Poor Chicken

Really sorry to hear that - you did what you could. Sometimes it just seems there is nothing we can do and nature takes its course.

I had a chicken with the same symptoms that died on Saturday. She stopped laying a month ago, then was just one day lethargic, then diarrhea, drooping wings, ruffled feathers, then she died. Everyone else seems fine. I think it might have been the batch I got from the hatchery b/c I have lost 2 SLW and 2 EE from the same hatchery over the last 6 months. One by one, with the same symptoms. I can't think of anything else. Sorry about your bird. I am now down to 3.
