Recently I’ve lost a bird and another one doesn’t look well. The birds look healthy then they end up getting paralyzed in their legs, and eventually die. The weather these past days has been very wet. What do you think the virus is and what should I use to treat it?

Sorry to hear. Are you sure they are becoming paralyzed in their legs, or does it just appear that they don't want to or can't use their legs? Just trying to get an idea of what is happening. Sick pigeons often stay stationary in one spot, hunched down, puffed up, wings drooped. Wondering if it is more like that, or actual bona fide paralysis in the legs that you can confirm. Would help an attempted diagnosis to get some clarity there.

Well the bird isn’t puffed up but she can’t use her legs and can’t fly she was still eating. I’ll check if she’s still alive when I go to do the pigeons and ducks. One issue is her mate is gone as well, I’m not sure if he got attacked or flew away, but they have one squab left.

If it is apparently paralyzed legs and/or wings, and not them just not wanting to use them, it sounds like PMV could be the culprit as Biophiliac suggested.

I would remove that bird, and any other birds that appear affected, into quarantine NOW. If you can conclude with some degree of certainty that it is PMV, I would vaccinate all healthy birds (don't vaccinate the sick ones), and treat all of the birds with Viromune or a similar product, which boosts the immune system and can help in treating PMV in infected birds, depending on how bad they are. I would also seek avian veterinary advice as well, if you can.

I have not experienced PMV in my loft, but I'm aware it can be devastating. I have been on the fence as to vaccinating my birds with at least PMV, maybe paratyphoid/salmonella as well.

Pmv is pretty rare. It can happen but usually isnt as often. And it will cause the neck to twist too. And the bird will tremble.

Im pretty sure its cocci. As soon as you said its been very wet, instanlty i thought cocci. Its the most common sickness in pigeons after a heavy rainfall or a wet loft.
Whenever everything gets really wet the birds will contract cocci. Cocci will kill your birds in as little as a couple days.
Their legs become very weak that they dont want to walk or use their legs and their poop is green and watery.
