Here's what my kids and I found when we went out to the brooder this morning! My daughter took the photo. The kids are SO excited! So am I! My wife's out of town, but should be back today to take part in the fun. One out, one almost out, and here's hoping for 5 more!

Well shoot! I checked my chickens to find that Super Fluffy Chicken was, yet again, off the nest with her pups! I spread the shavings, filled the food and water containers and moved the whole nest into the honeymoon suite. While doing this I noticed that 2 of the remaining 4 eggs were pipped and chirping! I have a good feeling about this! If the last 2 manage to hatch ill be so happy

Oh and sprawli CONGRATS! Here comes the fluffy hit parade!

Found the egg shell, and I caught a quick glimpse of it and hear it chirping - it's still wet. (olive egger) I also saw that there are at least 2 more pips, from my split second view. (1 olive egger and 1 welsummer)
