Wow. How many quail do you have? That’s a lot of eggs!

When you are getting a dozen eggs a day this is not really a lot.
Today I only have 10 birds.
I am going to eat them all next week when the eggs in my bator hatch.

I'm going to be boiling a couple hundred this weekend too. It's time to do another big batch of pickled eggs. I'm broke this year, so it's pickled eggs for Christmas presents!
