I do believe it's a new owner, but I also believe it's the new owner that's created this mess. Something happened, because Custom Incubators HAD a good reputation and feedback until recently. I don't know what went wrong, but it is sad that it turned into this when we all were so excited to have these new incubators.

Well, this is interesting, since I sent several messages through the website about my incubator in the past three weeks and recieved emails back about the "thermostat" issue...and nobody ever said anything about new ownership...not to mention that the address is the same...so did you buy the guys house too??? SCAM!!!!!! Thanks for joining BYC so you can show everyone what a scammer you are!! Good luck in your quest to steal more money from people....but I will do WHATEVER I can to make sure you don't scam anyone else on this site!!!!!!!!!!!

hi there this is thomas pendergrass new owner of custom incubators. i took over about three weeks ago...i know there are only five people that hasnt recieved their incubators or a refund. if you were gave a refund from phillip gordon and it did not go thru then open a case on phillip gordon and paypal will refund you your money..i have no control over any of that..i will fullfill any orders that were not refunded from the old owner (phillip gordon) within the next 30days..after you do recieve your refunds and still wanna buy from custom incubators we would love to have your buisness..any questions or concerns call me.. thomas pendergrass (new owner) at 660-281-7563.anytime

My original Paypal payment went to Phillip Gordon. The new owner is Thomas Pendergrass. His paypal account has now also been shut down and I was issued a refund.... on the 2nd payment I made. I have talked to Thomas tonight and he told my that my incubator is on it's way tomorrow. He is going to call once the incubator is on it's way. I seriously need a cabinet incubator so I'm still hoping this is going to work out.

My payment that was refunded had went to Thomas Pendegrass. I don't understand why Paypal shut down the account in his name that I sent payment to for something that Gordon did.

Either way, just let us know. If you get your incubator, I think we'll all feel a lot better.

If we don't get the incubators or refunds, we can always call Judge Judy!!!
