That is a very smart thing to do. So many businesses don't care these days, and your willingness to do what is right for these buyers will go far in the poultry industry. I hope it works out for everyone.

Thomas, I agree, a scam artist would run and hide. That's why I am giving you the benefit of the doubt and I still want my incubator. I hope you can understand why so many people that lost money last month are very confused and angry. I will be very happy to sing your praises next week when my incubator arrives.

Thomas, I agree, a scam artist would run and hide.  That's why I am giving you the benefit of the doubt and I still want my incubator.  I hope you can understand why so many people that lost money last month are very confused and angry.  I will be very happy to sing your praises next week when my incubator arrives.  

We're watching and hoping this works out! As you can imagine, we're all very nervous after what has happened, but I'm sure your reputation will be built back up when the incubators start going out. We were so excited to get your incubators! I truly hope this is all a huge mix up and not a scam.

I also hope Mr. Pendergrass is on the up and up... I was really looking forward to receiving my incubator and hatching out some eggs for myself this spring... many of us ordered eggs thinking we would have room to set them, so it's not just the incubator money that people will be out if this is a scam.

Mr Pendergrass, can you please tell me how many order have you received since the 2nd and how many of them have you shipped?

i have sold 12 and have shipped 7 and those 7 incubators and or brooder i wont get paid for 6 months because paypal closed my account..but these last 5 i have refunded them there money because paypal reccommended that and they all got their money back today withn 5mins of me refunding it to them..i have four out of those five still wanting their products and they will recieve them....trust me its not a scam and i plan to prove so from here on out.. thanks for everyones buisness.

I too ordered an incubator...from customincubators...Thomas contacted me this evening...my money is back in my paypal account. I feel confident that he will stand behind his product. He certainly didn't sound like a fast talking scam artist, but a sincere individual trying his best to make things right. I appreciated him taking the time to contact me, and explain things. I will be sending him a check tomorrow, and look forward to my new incubator. Can't wait to upgrade out of my Hova Bator! I'll post pictures and reviews of the incubator and brooder....they look like a great product, can't wait to have babies running out of my ears through my new bator!
