It appears they must be filling and/or refunding their eBay orders (they don't have any negative feedback). I considered contacting eBay about it, but I wasn't sure how exactly to go about it. I ended up filing a dispute with Paypal as well...I'm assuming since Paypal shut down the account that I paid them on that several people are in the same situation and they have gotten SEVERAL complaints!

I just contacted E-Bay and flagged that seller...hopefully this will stop them from scamming others..I sure hope we get our money back. I was so ticked off at these people..After they contacted me and told me that they would refund my money I was relieved..only to be let down when e-bay contacted me to tell me that the bank denied payment...E-Bay said they would try to run the payment back thru in 3-5 business days...that was last week..get an e-mail stating the bank denied it AGAIN! so Monday I filed a dispute..

if they dont have neg feedback on ebay , ebay will not stop them from selling and ripping other people off...Posting on here and any other sites like this one is the best way to get the word out about them and maybe stop them from cheating someone else.

Thats great that you guys are warning people on this site. But if you have placed on order with them leave your feedback on Ebay. When you do be friendly but be honest. That way any one shopping with them thru Ebay will know what to expect. I love this site and spend alot of time on here but not every one knows about this site.

That's why when I wanted a cabinet I started building my own (just past the half way point on it today). If it works out well I may start building them for sale in the future, except I won't take an order until I have one built, saves a lot of heart ache that way.

I have the same nightmare going on with this company with the same story . I ordered and paid for mine on Dec 23rd. I was told the same lame story regarding backordered thermostats. I was promised a refund and had it denied twice . I spoke to his so called brother on the phone and he says he now owns the company and his brother scamed a bunch of people. I think he is the same guy with a new user name on ebay. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with both ebay and paypal. He didnt process my order through E-bay he just used my debit card . Paypal has been very helpful and said paypal will return my money within 11 days.I called e-bay @ 1-886-877-3229 and hit # button and filed a complaint . The customer service rep from e-bay also told me to hit the report this item button on his listing page in addition to calling. Dont buy anything from these bums!!

Thats not entirely true.
Ebay is run by the same company as paypal.
They often work hand in hand.
If they get enough complaints through paypal, they normally stop the sellers access to ebay.
They can do this by freezing their account, holding funds, canceling orders that are in process, etc.
Paypal/ebay normally sides with customers on these sort of issues.
If the seller is out of money or can't refund you for whatever reason, paypal normally covers it.
