So today I went to go take care of my chickens only to find that two of them were brutally murdered and two of them sustained injuries to the head. I believe the predator was a raccoon. One of the injured birds I am not as concerned about and I think she'll be ok, but the other one looks pretty bad. What should I do?? I tried cleaning her up but it didn't work too well. I really don't wanna lose her.
This is the one I an less concerned about. It looks kinda bad but I think she's gonna be ok:

This is the one I'm worried about:

I'm really worried; what do I do???

Trim back any feathers that are getting in wounds. It will help you see better and will help keep them clean. Flush everything out well with a chlorhexidine solution (hibiclens/walmart or pharmacy) or sterile saline. You can apply plain neosporin or plain triple antibiotic ointment to the wounds. Veterycin wound spray is also good to use, then cover with the ointment. Do this daily, and keep them covered in ointment. If her eyes are injured flush with saline or eye wash. You can get terramycin eye ointment at Tractor Supply if needed. Look her over really well to make sure that you haven't missed any wounds, especially punctures, that may be hiding in feathers. They can recover from some really awful looking stuff as long as there is no infection. Make sure she's drinking, you can give her some electrolites in her water for a day or two to help her over the shock. Alternate with plain, fresh water. Keep her in a warm, quiet place and give her some time. Fluids are more important than food, so if she doesn't eat right away it's ok. If she's not drinking try dipping her beak to get her to. Once she starts eating you can give her some feed mixed with water, some chopped up scrambled egg, a bit of tuna, to try to entice her and get her strength up.

I agree with the above! Only thing I can add is to boost their protein intake, it'll help with wound healing. Keep them in a calm space to help recover from the shock, I had one attacked by a dog that didn't move for almost 24 hours. Just takes time & TLC. :love

Thank you so much, guys. I've tried my best to clean up her wounds and trim the feathers around them though I don't really think I did a good job though because it was really difficult since the feathers were matted. I have gotten her to drink a little bit and I made some electrolyte water for her. She hasn't really eaten much but I'll worry about that tomorrow. I'll try keep you updated.

Update: she's doing pretty much the same but I can't get her to drink any water. I try to dip her beak in the water but she refuses to drink it. Also, one of her eyes is injured/infected so she can't see out of it.

You can learn to tube fluids here:
https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/updated-go-team-tube-feeding.805728/page-2
Fluids are much more important that food, don't tube feed until you know she's hydrated.
You can also syringe fluids, important not to put it down the wrong pipe and have her aspiriate. So the syringe goes way back in the mouth on the right side of her beak (her right side, not as you look at her). The opening in the middle of the back of the tongue is the trachea, not there! Image in post #15 at the link above. She is going to be very sore for a while. If you were able to get some terramycin ointment, then flush the eye and use the ointment twice a day. Even if she loses that eye she can adapt and do OK, try to prevent it from becoming infected. The hardest thing is patience, it can take some time for them to feel better. If she has no internal injuries then she has a chance.
