Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

I saw so many idiots in Virginia Beach in the 14 years I was there. We had 3 inches of ice one year and it just went insane. I was living on base so of course I was constantly working because I could walk and morons couldn't make it in.
It was nice for me when it snowed because they would always close the ports and that meant I didn't have to go to work. :D

I started life in snow out here the people roll up the streets and wave a white flag .. first running tractors was fun, no issue go slow no breaks faster and warmer than walking

Use to do that up in Juneau was great fun slow and warm get there in one peice never worried about driving in snow.. other half is a great driver..
We just did a month of meats and such at Costco like 3 days ago

We actually have enough stored to have no real change in diet for 2 months. Beyond that, there isn't enough canned milk for normal and it goes to powdered milk for another couple months.

We'd miss fresh milk, cheese, and veggies. I'll have outdoor storage for potatoes and onions next year.

I rely on fresh veggies too much to go more than 2 weeks between trips. Meat we're pretty well stocked on, the freezer has plenty. Basics like pasta, beans, flour, etc are in good supply too. I literally have enough dried noodles for about 2 months haha.

If this was summer and my garden was in full production this would be no issue. Then again, snow would be no issue in summer too.
