Years ago I would hit one garter snake with the lawn mower. Only one a year, I thought that was weird but it always made me feel terrible! I don’t see many anymore, not sure why. Thankfully I haven’t hit any with the mower in years either.

Heard Morning slept late today 9:30 second cup now.
Gosh the crap going on in Seattle.. Awfull what is going on there...

The only thing I’ve heard is the ferries canceling a bunch of runs. My son is sweating getting to work. Takes the Kingston boat in and has to drive down to Seattle/Bainbridge to get home. Works at Boeing in Everett. Terrible commute.

I'm going Monday for my third shot (the booster)! I've got multiple autoimmune issues and small humans at home that can't be vaccinated yet...meanwhile I have cousins whining about "having" to get vaccinated to keep their jobs, like they didn't have to get vaccinated to attend school as kids.

Oh well...I'm going out to move roosts again, Peaches is back to laying from the highest roost on the temporary ladder roost they've got until I can figure out what I'm doing out there. Saw a plerb on th news roll this morning that there is a chance of SNOW on Wednesday next week! Got to get the girls off the metal ladder ASAP!

They talked of snow at 4 thousand feet .. Sadly we almost never get snow. We at like 1000 feet here.
Fun to watch the birds they will not walk in snow either.

Yeah, they said “slim chance” for us and I didn’t read past it because I was barely awake.

It helped get me in gear, I’m half done with getting roosts redone and pulled out the metal ladder already!
