Hope all is having a fun x-mas. DH made "egg in a basket" which is bread with hole in middle, (from a drinking glass) and egg in center. Calls made, presents open, and I did shoveling and a bath. DH is taking a nap and I am having wine, and Netflix.

Merry Christmas Washington! We had pancakes this morning, but I made them from scratch. My aunt's special recipe and they were so good.

My aunt just passed away this week at 100 years old! She lived a good and long life, so we celebrate her. She was ready to go for sure.

Good morning, Headed to Costco here.

Power outage is widespread in Kitsap this morning. No coffee for now. We'll play games and get out a puzzle, perhaps. It's windy, and there's a very tall tree leaning over our street. I'll have someone start a fire in the fireplace if it gets too chilly, but with the warmer weather it's ok for now.
Yesterday we went to the base to have dinner but they were closed. We surmised that with all the bad weather, they couldn't get the food delivered. Ended up going to Harvest Buffet in Tacoma, which was enjoyed by all, especially me who didn't have to cook or clean up. Well, in hindsight, I did cook for 2 days+ for the Eve dinner.

Heard about the Power outage you all had.

They managed to restore our power last night after the substation was attacked, but it went off again about 10:15 this morning. I'm guessing so they could make better repairs in the daylight.

@Hinotori are you in one of the area effected by the power station vandalism? I'm sorry to hear you lost power on Christmas Day. That's terribly inconvenient. Hope they get it fully restored soon.
