Picked all the carrots today since the vole was slowly eating them. I'm not sure what I'll do with them. Freeze? Can? Eat raw?

Im outside stripping stems off pacific crabapples. They ripened late this year

This is my second year having them and my tree had so many the branches started drooping down. If you don't mind me asking what do you do with your crab apples? I haven't decided what I want to do with them yet.
