Good thing I am not driving tonight. Dense fog advisory for down here. I hate driving in that stuff

the fog was so thick drivimg home tonight on Summit-Landsburg Road we about missed the turn to our house! There's patches of light, dispersed fog, then all the sudden a thick fog bank that makes visability 10 feet. Highway speed is a deathtrap. So glad you are not on the road!

We are making homemade ice cream (coconut milk-agave- raw cacao)

and the significant other is watching Amish mafia. I prefer to watch Discover Channel on netflix these days, to avoid the commercials and continuous "previews', which comprise about 50% of the time. That is sooooo annoying...

Wow they're gorgeous! LOVE the chipmunk stripe on their heads. My EEs had that when they were tiny too.

nope, no vitamix, it would be a nice addition, but I have a old fashioned 2-speed Oster industrial beehive blender I blend things with. I bought a Cuisinart electric ice cream maker that makes ice cream in 25 minutes, so not too shabby.
