That's VERY kind of you, thanks! (BTW, I was in the middle of texting you back about BB when my phone went dead. I wanted to tell you that you have to order a basket online, sometime between noon Monday and 7pm Tuesday to claim a basket, then you go pick up the following Saturday at your pickup location). I'm doing OK for now, but when DH went to bed I was still feeling upset over this crazy afternoon. It was just so awful to be in that place and there was all this anxiety for no real reason. Nothing happened, we didn't lose a kid or anything, it was just so loud, jam packed, and lights flashing everywhere that I left feeling anxious. I never used to be like this. Not until after having kids. Oi! I am SO glad we get to go to church in the morning.
Good thing I am not driving tonight. Dense fog advisory for down here. I hate driving in that stuff

Love homemade ice cream! Do you have a Vitamix? We do, and we make sorbet with it all the time with frozen fruit. YUM. I love me some coconut too!
Wow they're gorgeous! LOVE the chipmunk stripe on their heads. My EEs had that when they were tiny too. You're making me SO excited for my new chicks soon!!

I have 2 Barred Rocks, 1 Black Australorp, and 1 Ameraucana/EE coming. I get to pick them up on the 12th! I'm giving them to my broody hen![]()
Quote: You may want to look into getting Cream Legbars. They are great foragers, good layers, nice eye candy, medium sized bird and lay the bluest eggs around. Just a warning though, they are not cheap. I do believe there is a breeder here in Oregon. And ya know I can transport as far as Tacoma if needed(certain restrictions apply)

That's awesome! I've never been anywhere but Kauaii and it was awesome too. Super small, quaint, not very touristy, and we did nothing but lay on the beach for a week, kayak once up a river to some falls, and drive to the Wiameia Canyon (the grand canyon of Hawaii). I hate big city feel, so it was pretty awesome to see no cities at all while we were there.
We really liked driving to the top of Mt. Haleakala(10,000) and watching the stars. I have never seen so many stars in all my life, millions and crystal clear, but cold.
