Yes arthritis plaging me as well another 2 inches of wet snow this morning I'm sick of it. On Friday recieved my chick order in the mail 15 Cornish cross, 15 red Rangers, 9 cuckoo Marans, 3 golden sexlinks and 15 Pekin ducks.

Most of them are meat birds I hope the ducks grow 3 eyes and fangs because they are cute as can be its all I can do not to pick them up and play with them but they will be roast duck in 7 weeks.

This is a cute free coop that looks well made in Seattle if anyone needs a small coop. The chicken wire might need to be replaced with hardware cloth but it looks functional.

Pekins can get annoying fast enough that they make better meat birds than pets, in my opinion.
