Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

There is but make just make sure to put it like you just did to us .. They are barnyard Mixes now what size might they be what size if the rooster ?
The rooster is a black silkie bantam. I have 3 other silkies, hens, and then these are the other hens, which could be in the mix as well:
Sapphire Gem
Buff Brahma
Buff Orpington
Barnevelder
Barred Rock
Cuckoo Marans
Speckled Sussex
Olive Egger (who lays brown eggs, oddly)
Welsummer
Gold Laced Wyandotte
Black Australorp
Easter Egger

(Though cross speckled sussex and easter egger off of there - the easter egger has stopped laying (old age) and the speckled sussex kind of became "wild"

So... a bit of a weird question.

I can't have any more chicks, but I want to hatch chicks (never done it!) and one of my hens is actively developing baby chicks.

So... is there a market for straight run, silkie mixes, unvaccinated?
I think there seems to be, Easter is just next month, and the cute little fuzzies should not be difficult to sell.

It was nice. I sat out on hawk duty and let birds out to free range.

Found the off button on my silkie roosters. They know me and are fairly friendly. I was holding one boy after I cleaned any mud balls off his feet. He isn't big on the comb massage like Ashes is, so I'd started cleaning up his crest feathers some. Began rubbing and scratching his head at the base of the crest. He just wilted. Head drooped forward and I think he actually fell asleep.

So I had to go pick up the other boys and try it. Ashes does like anything once I pick him up. The other partridge cockerel liked it almost as much as his brother. Broly moved his head to get all the itchy spots.

I am so pleased to know that Washington is one of the homes to the beautiful Killer Whales (Orcas).

I painted this craft jar tonight, and wanted to fit our Washington waters and an Orca in it. I also plan to paint a glossy overcoat to give it a glassy appearance.
