We had it flicker off then on about 8 times but kept power. Not so much around us. Lots of power outages in town and downed trees

There is a lot of forest around here so power outages are fairly common. We have seen them out trimming trees for months. LCPUD does a great job at keeping the power going and they are pretty quick at getting it back on after it goes out. I have no complaints. Wish the generator were quieter but it is a big one and don't think they come in a quiet variety.

Did a little more work to the chicken run. Cleaned out the brooder and gave them fresh wood shavings. Pulled some overgrown bok choi and old cabbage leaves out of the garden and treated the big chickens.

I agree that LCPUD does a good job repairing power outages.

Had to fix a silkie roof tarp that came loose. Roof is double tarped so easy fix with no rushing needed. Just new zip ties after getting the tarp back over.

Greenhouse is kaput. Wind snapped the tie downs and threw it into garden fence. I'll try to salvage. Think I need to make one with kennel panels and attach it to silkie pens. Too much weight there to move.

Power flickered a couple times but not bad in my area. Lots of downed branches this morning, by lunch I still hadn't finished breaking them down though at least I got them all picked up and piled up.

Had a few branches from the old maple nothing very large.
Will talk to the neighbor think they might be able to get the old apple tree off the coop.

OMG!!!! we had the wind and blew down our fence and BigUm's is missing the girls are safe but he is MIA kept hoping he would show back up but have no idea where he is.... he was in the batchor pad and that's the section of the fence that fell down went all though our naborhood to see if we could see him but no luck oh damit he floo the coop

“The Prodigal Son Returns” lol I Guess roo's are just like a dog / cat they know where they get feed and return home. He spent the night out but in the morning he was back letting us know he was home and cock-adooling right in front of our bedroom window like "Hey im home let me in!!!! " Now feed me!!!

Ah glad he made it home.
Where you are he wanted to be home.
Wet a bit here bot as bad a rain, was able to wear regular coat.
Sitting here goof off let the fire start to die got it back.
Do a scratch for mine about once a week.
Am running the heat in my computer room.
Seems to have gotten cooler than we had it.
