Something that I find useful and is fairly inexpensive is plastic by the yard from a fabric store. It is with the tablecloth fabric usually on the roll racks. They have clear plastic there that is 5 feet wide. It runs $1.50 to $3. per yard depending on the thickness. Old shower curtains made me think of it. If you use a bathtub like me, and don't have an old shower curtain lying around, or if you want something thicker, this works great. The thick stuff is pretty much un-peckable. And because it is clear, I find it useful when I want to have a window into something also. We have used it to make green houses out of. A friend even used it double thick as a window on a cabin they had in their back acreage. (one thickness on the outside of the window and one on the inside with a 3 inch gap between.... Great for insulating)
I am planning to put this down on the floor of my coop because it is thick like vinal flooring, but is a bit cheaper.
