Ya know I just might have whispered it to ya but you let it slip that you are going "ON VACATION" and to Idaho. Gee I wonder where ??? I know it wouldn't be Saint Anthony dunes.

Sorry, no dunes for us. We are going to Biose. It supposedly has the biggest water park in the PNW. We promised the kids if they read the whole Bible over a years time that we would take them to whatever water park they chose. So we checked all in the PNW and Boise won.
We have rented a house that has horses that can be ridden and groomed so the DDs are stoked! There are all sorts of other things to do as well. So we are going to make a week of it.
That's why I have been so scares on here lately. This is the first looooong trip we have ever taken with all the kids. Looks like 8-10 hours of drive time with potty stops and food breaks.
Packing for 8 people takes a lot of brain power! I can't believe I got it all to fit in the back of the car!
So, anyway, I'll probably be hit and miss for the next little while. Gonna be having fun in the sun!

Besides that DH and I were in Oregon a week ago.......we were in Mardras, Camped under the stars at the desutes (sp) then we went Redmond's Fred Meyer for a pump for air matress. All that in 2 days.

Hmmm - too bad people have not perfected that. How cool would it be to have a baby that would come out knowing and willing to change its own diapers?

Amen, but they'd probably start right out with the terrible twos or the fearsome fours before we'd had a chance to fall in love with them. The infant mortality rate would soar.

Nope...but please keep him in your prayers....maybe this is what he needs/is suppose to do. He moved out. He did not want to follow the rules that I set down...said I was just too controlling. All I can do is pray and hope that he is safe and he finishes school. He is 18. Pray for him that he is safe and pray that he makes good decisions in his life. Pray that my family can heal and that some day David (DS) will forgive me and understand. Thank you so much. Okay, now I need to go to work or I will start crying again. Thank you all.

Chances are he will grow up and mature, and understand better than he does now. I really hope he does it soon.

I think I may have said this before, but my older son dropped out of several high schools. Eventually, one of his slacker friends told him he was too smart to not get his GED, and go on to college. I will forever be grateful. I hope your son has a friend like that.
