Waterfall Cove - A Seahorse Role Play

"Did you hear that?" asked one guard, jumping. "Hear what exactly?" asked the older guard standing next to him. "That noise," he said nervously. The other just shook his head and muttered, "That's what they're all like the first day on the job." A seahorse swam into the room, after the guard let him through. The seahorse had a large bundle on it's back. It took a quick pause to study it's map, and then went on down another passage.
"Suspicious," Solana muttered in her head. "I wish I could follow that seahorse- if only I could get past the guard,..but they're just too many. As Solana tried to form a plan, Tracker began pulling on the sea grass leash and let out a loud whine. Solana quickly hid against the wall, letting go of Tracker's leash.

"Hey! I know I heard something this time," exclaimed the first guard. "Indeed," said the elder, "I thought I might have heard something this time, too, but I'm not sure." The younger guard shook his head and sighed to himself, "He's already losing his hearing."

Tracker dashed (that is, as fast as a snail can) into the room and through one of the doorways before any of the guards could catch him. Solana held her breath.

"Hey!" shouted the new guard, "Who goes there?!" "A snail, as anyone can see," sighed his partner, hurrying after the running snail. (( It makes me crack up to think of a snail running! :P) Tracker had run into the same room the mysterious seahorse had. Before the guard reached the passage, he heard a variety of interesting noises. *Thud* "Ouch! What in the world?- Hey! Stop that!" *Crash* "Let go, you, you- Ugh!" *Crash- Bang- Ding* "Ow..." Solana also heard the noises, and the voice was much higher in pitch than she ad expected. In fact, it sounded like a girl's voice.

The guards all began to rush towards the snail and the noise. She took opportunity of their absence from the doors to swim quickly into the circular room. She noticed that there were doors on the tunnel entrances. Quickly, she grabbed the door of the room where everyone was and pulled it shut.

The guards' heads shot up. Tracker whimpered. The other seahorse paled, and her bundle made a strange noise, it sounded like a groan. A guard lept up and tried the door, to see if it was unlocked.

Solana had been fidgeting with the lock, and had finally got it secure when the guard pushed on the door. The lock held, but Solana asked herself, "what do I do now?" From inside the room, She could hear Tracker yipping and growling and sounding like he was playing tug-of war.

"Give that back, you varmit" cried the female seahorse, for indeed, she was a lady. From inside the package the guards could hear muffled grunts and groans as it was being tugged back and forth. The guards quickly rushed over to help the her, some tackling Tracker, and others helping retrieve the package from him. Soon, they almost had everything under control.

"What's going on in there?" Solana wondered hearing these strange sounds and now Tracker whimpering and growling. Taking up courage, she said out loud, " Alright, I've caught you. Now tell me what you're up to- all of you! Or else!
