We have pips!!!
3+ weeks ago, I got a dozen eggs from GumpsGirl. Even though she did an AMAZING job packing the eggs, the PO still managed to break 5 of 13 on the way here
so I expected that few, if any, of the remaining 8 would even develop.
We actually had 7/8 begin development!!! Of those, one quit developing around day 10, so now we are left with 6.
Today is day 21 and they started pipping this morning! 4 of 6 have pipped so far.
Between the PO's soccer game (using the box for a ball) and the summer heat, I'm just amazed that these are doing as well as they are!! Yay chicks!!
