Tests are not real.Verbal and nonverbal cognitive ability, NV has more to do with nonverbal reasoning and solving problems without words, etc. I was only 79th percentile NV. The test didn't have a spatial subtest, though, so it's possible that I am stronger in that domain, but I don't have enough information to make a conclusion, since later testing was botched due to the sleep disorder.
Also, I wouldn't want to be a medical doctor, LOL. I'm more interested in research.
No, LOL. https://www.understood.org/en/learn...issues/processing-speed-what-you-need-to-know
They are real.Tests are not real.
Forget about them.
You're absolutely right about that. It'll drag you down forever unless you learn to quit worrying about your relative abilities and simply have fun.Mental math has more to do with working memory and processing speed, IMO.
You're right, but a relative weakness can still feel very crippling, even if it the weak area isn't considered particularly weak normatively.
He's smarter than that.NO...
He will convince himself he has it.
What kind of research? I'm currently on a bit of a obsessive streak over quantum physics. It's the maddest, most delightful thing. I truly loved John Gribbin's description of the wave form of subatomic particles being a form of probability field for the location of that particle. I sure won't pretend to understand it, but boy, is it fun.Verbal and nonverbal cognitive ability, NV has more to do with nonverbal reasoning and solving problems without words, etc. I was only 79th percentile NV. I'm mostly interested in molecular biology, especially the structural aspects of it, but I've heard that studying biology consists of a lot of memorization, which has made me fear that I wouldn't be able to do well. I don't know a lot about physics, but it was something that I was more interested in when I was younger, I used to watch documentaries about it when I was in Elementary school. What kind of research? She means health/nutrition books and murder mysteries...those topics seem rather at odds with each other.
You mean the one on my book shelf that I didn't even know I had.
One day.
You’re missing out on a lot of really great stuff!! Most of it isn’t childish or stupid or anything at all and is really well done and/or well written. Especially nowadays. Not all of it of course but a lot of it.I just can't do cartoons, dinosaurs, made up monsters, aliens, TARDIS things, Star Wars.... apes....![]()
No.
I'd rather read about not dying.
Or murderers.
One day I'll try them.
Not today.
You might like The Hobbit. It's shorter.

Same.It has been many years since I've finished a book that I've started.
All books are boring.Try reading less boring books, then.
I am the same. It’s boring nowGross. I'd totally hate it.
I honestly don't read much anymore. I used to read a lot. I still like murder trash or horror for the beach and such, but I have a hard time sitting still long enough to read. I very much prefer watching television. I LOVE tv.
