Haven't read all the posts but awesome for you for making the choice to quit. Began smoking when I was 15 - 16 and still trying to find the 'right time' to quit (37 now). Quit for short period when I was pregnant at 18/19. I know it's TOUGH!!!! I know you can get there though. Maybe a gum or patch at first could help and slowly reduce those maybe
 
There is a lot that goes on inside the brain when nicotine is suddenly taken away. It takes time to adjust/recover from it.
There will be ups and downs and cranky times. :hugs

Hang in there. Forgive yourself for those moments, make apologies if needed, and know it will get better.

Well said! This is basically what I was trying to say but you said it way better haha

The urges and all that stuff is perfectly normal and not a bad thing. Just got to know how to shut it down.
