Both of you. It puts you in a difficult position as she goes downhill. You no doubt have your own relatives to see to when the time comes. I cared for my mom and before that, her dad/my grandfather. This lady's children should be taking care of her, but maybe they're not able, or maybe she hasn't any. I feel bad for all these forgotten people. It's no one's fault really, but it's just sad.

I read "cow" at first. Thought "Huh, that's an odd choice. I wonder why??" Although, still wondering about "crow"...
