So, what time do our people wake up?

You know, I'll have to go back and look. I haven't been counting! It seems like forever‼ I'm still sweating and mad at the world‼ I may be a little better today. At least I feel like talking. Maybe I can get through the day without being mean to anyone! I'm usually not a mean person, this is pure hell‼‼I'm glad you are doing good! How long for you? I see your on day 4! That's great!!!

I warned everyone to stay out of my way, they all want me to quit, so my family is being really supportive. I am really blessed in that department. But this isn't my first rodeo with quitting. I've actually lost count of how many times I have tried to quit.

Sorry, I had to laugh because, lately I get up whenever I get up. That's if I slept the night before.

I for sure don't want to smoke but I'm not convinced I won't smoke if I stop the magic pills.

I have it stuck in my head that they are what is working/making this so easy for me and I'm afraid if I quit them too soon I won't be a winner.

So this is the next 'mind game' to conquer @Kiki ...start working on it.

The magic pills just help you to get rid of a habit you no longer want. once you are truly rid of that habit it will be easy to wean off the magic pills, as you will no longer need them.
The trick is to avoid triggers.

About an hour ago. The time change has me screwed up still.

It's Dumbo the flying elephant's magic feather. The crows gave it to him and he thought he couldn't fly without it, but it was just a trick. They had already seen him flying in his sleep. He believed in the feather though, and so he flew until he lost it one day. He had to fly to save his mother and the crows confessed that the feather was not where the magic came from. It was in little Dumbo himself. It was scary, but he did it. Dumbo flew without his magic feather and saved his mama.

I don't think I've seen this.
I think I might have it in VHS, now to figure out if the hidden VCR works or not.
