Hello all! I know I have been missing out, and I am terribly sorry. I was away, visiting family, meeting a new baby,(my niece) and doing other fun/boring things.

Kiki, I have lost count of the days, but I know you have made it far. Keep going!
To all the other people trying to quit, I hope you are doing well! Stay strong!

I will soon be traveling to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, in Kanab, Utah, which is ( I'm pretty sure) the country's largest no kill animal shelter. I will be volunteering with the dogs, cats, parrots, and possibly rabbits.
I can't wait!

Supposed to be Lavendula officionalis (that particular strain of lavender). There are probably others.

It depends on what type of headache. Low or high blood sugar?
Sinus, tension? And then there's the muscular,that is the one that lavender is used for.
