This is me...

Grinning ear to ear! This was my first year showing, too, and our pair of Millies got first at the Kenai Peninsula Fair. Even smaller pair yet, but there were some gorgeous birds in there. Especially a pair of porcelain d'uccles...

Hubby had to keep reminding me not to get excited about any new breeds.

Congratulations, Michelle... all your diligence and care in their raising paid off, and you have a very lovely trio.

Oh, and I'm sure you know, your babies outdid their parents...

Feathers and Michelle were there but I think they got first place!

Yes, I saw them there. Do they live up here now?

When I go this afternoon I'm taking pics of both cages. I'll email you copies. It's been a great fair for the birds from Sterling Meadows.

Yep, Rebecca has them.

Just wait until next year! I think I'm going to have one new breed each year.

Here are my birds with their Grand Champ ribbon, Pretty good for being just 5 months old. Can't wait to see how they mature.

I think you're going to be amazed at how those birds mature over the next 1-2 years. Feathers and Michelle are ~ 3 years old... look how many spangles they have! I think you did a great job with them!
If you could email the photos to me, that would be lovely! I'm going to put a "customer pictures" gallery on my website, and these would be perfect!
