Wedding cupcakes-- I need help!!!

Here it its....

Gail's Easy Cheesecake Cupcakes

2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling.

Soften the cream cheese. Whip cream cheese, add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Whip again. Place one wafer in each cupcake paper, fill 3/4 full with batter. Bake 30 min at 375. Cool, top with pie filling. Makes 1 dozen.

I actually like these better cooked more slowly for a longer time. They make a New York style cheese cake. I also like it with a chocolate cookie for the crust and a caramel pecan topping. These are EASY! And YUMMY!

What type of flavor are you looking for??
I have a small bakery, what I do is cakes... but I don't know what you like or dislike.
Vanilla sponge, Almond, to Cardamom Spice with Caramel frosting??? I'll share my recipes..

I think this is beautiful.

I will never take my eyes from this thread again.

Except to cook these recipes. YUM! I've got a friend who owns a bakery and they make all sorts of cakes all the time. He doesn't make cupcakes , but he does make cup sized cakes, if that makes any sense.

Cute, aren't they? I can't eat a whole one. Way too much icing, but my friends never seem to mind finishing them off for me! You could make a sheet cake possibly and then cut into pieces and ice separately.

Nothing is tacky these days.

I've made plenty of wedding cakes and two of my daughters have taken over.

One doesn't do it as often, but the other puts so much work into building her business and the bride is always right.

I have a good one for your chocolate cupcakes if you want.

Any chocolate cake recipe

I bag of milk chocolate chips (small ones if you can find them)

I can of condensed milk
Chocolate chips (I use 1/2 dark & 1/2 milk mixed)
2 TBSP Butter (not margerine)

Melt the chips, butter and milk together until smooth but slightly thick

Mix you basic recipe.

Add the milk chocolate chips.

Drizzle the melted choclate over the tops of each cupcake.

Run flat side of a knife or a toothpick through the batter.

Bake according to the cake recipe.

The fudge filling swirls through the cupcakes,

I make this as cakes too.

Halloween was always my husband and my favorite holiday.

I'd make this in a cassorole dish and spoon it out. Instant MUD CAKE! I also make extra fudge for hot fudge topping when I make the mud cake.

BTW.......When I got married we wore black leather. Cake was black and purple.

Different strokes!
