Week and a Half Chick Sleeping and Breathing through Mouth

I have a sick chick that has been moved into a seperate brooder away from my recently purchased flock so it won't infect them. It is 1 1/2 weeks old and is sleeping alot and won't eat or drink on its own without me forcing it to do so. I have been giving it vitamin water to try and get it to be stronger. It can walk around on its own sometimes and chirp loudly when disturbed. Does any one know what might be wrong with him? What should I do?

I don't have much experience with this kind of thing, but I would think that this poor guy is just an odd chick. I would keep him separated in a quiet space with vitamin water. Good luck.
