Week old chick wheezing LOUD

[A1 Steak Sauce]

I have 32 chicks, all in the house in a pretty warm place, I clean the tub they're in daily. It's the only one wheezing, but it's so loud you can hear it with the doors closed. Just keeps laying there panting/wheezing. Any clue as to what it is, if it's contagious, what to do about it or should I just cull? I've got him seperate now.

Well, I went ahead and put him down last night, he could stand up barely but couldn't walk at all, that all came about in a day.
