Weird pullet poop- What can I give them?

Hi,
I got 4 month old pullets and one is always shutting her eyes but seems fine otherwise. I have noticed that their poop looks off. Some has red in it which could be intestinal shedding but I'm not sure how long that should go on for? And some has this yellow foam. Is there something I should treat the flock with? Is this most likely worms or another parasite?

It's just intestinal shed, I think it happens more often than we think.

The foam is gas, yellow usually can be caused by diet. Any green or yellow foods lately?

I got 4 pullets two weeks ago. we have not other birds currently
