They're definitely all white. We get them so infrequently I really don't know the difference. I'll have to google it.

We get California Condors occasionally too. First time I saw one I thought it was a vulture. We thought we saw an eagle up in OR... Knowing me, it might have been a pigeon.

@shawluvsbirds - dang. So sorry about the duckling!! I feel 69746974 pain (Monroe substituted those numbers for "your" - he's seriously losing it).
I'm really hoping things improve for you. Both of us are back to 0 days without a death (had to euthanize a little 2 week old cockerel with serious leg issues), so we can only go up from here!

He had a really fun day yesterday at least. I stayed outside with them for a long time and he played and played and really enjoyed himself.

Howard the duck was a brave little lad, he tried to protect his girls from those that are bad. He will be remembered as a mighty duck, who fought a fox without any luck.

He sounds like quite a character! And he rhymes too. I'm really glad Howard had a good day yesterday. And really, you gave him such a great life!
Predators stink, and I mourn each attack... And then I plan what new bird I can get as a replacement. Terrible, I know.
