Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Dang is all I can say. Been in tights like that but not in a long time.
DW says If I say a hour it will be three at least . A tire patch and three hose clamps are holding the leak for now and the customer still doesn't know about it . I'll tell her tomorrow or Friday .

Crazy glad you made it ok...
You forget how many hills and curves the old way has . Lots less traffic than the freeway. I like the old highways better but in the daylight . . Glad your really thinking a bypass through . I know a couple of people that have them and they worked wonders for them . I understand independence all to well . :hugs

Last summer I didn't lose a single bird. This summer, I've kind of lost track... Things are bound to change though - right?? :)
Well if they don't there's always fish . But you lose a lot of them too. The sure cure to lost chickens is set more eggs . Lots more eggs . We need to call that pulling a Ravyn don't we :lau

:hugs
And we're always here for ya too...

Exactly! :hugs
At some point the only direction you can go is up, lol...
Seriously, though, once you ramp up for breeding/production and you hatch/raise larger numbers, more chances of issues arising/accidents/injuries/etc... it is part of the bumps in the roads... but eventually it smooths out and you find your rhythm... hang in there... :)
Yeah. Great point. I definitely have more critters - with all kinds of different constitutions. Some are more fragile than others, for sure! I am just optimistic that next week we will be able to eliminate the "severe heat" factor in health issues.

On a quick different note, I talked through breeding pens with DH. I think he may now know how I feel when he's talking engineering: cue the glazed look while occasionally giving an encouraging nod. :D

:fl on the heat taking a nosedive, it can be a killer for sure...
:lau on hubby... I know that look well... if you need one to bounce ideas off of that won't glaze over on ya, you gots my inbox already, lol... ;)

Hey folks. How's it going?!

It be going, frmboy... how's it going yer way?

SMH - Ms Ravsy, again - I'm seeing a pattern developing here...

The silence is deafening on the pond tonight.
No ripples, nipples, nor waves in sight
No-one is shaking their heads or Hooters.
Have you all jjust gone and shut down your com pooters?

:lau

I was down and out with a migraine, ugh. Gonna be seeing my doctor about that on Monday since I've been having them more frequently lately. Might just be the changing of the seasons.

Good morning all! :frow

Got a message from Debs this morning, her pain finally got bad enough, she went to the ER, but she wanted me to let everyone know. Will get an update when possible. Keep her in your thoughts/prayers :fl

Even in all her pain, she's still so thoughtful. :love

Definitely will do - hopefully ER docs can figure things out for her.
