Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Free tin is awesome! Use whatcha got, I say! :highfive:

Keep the cutout piece of tin from the back truss, you can cut it down a bit or into sections and stick it back up if needed for water blockage, make sense? If not, I can draw out what I mean for ya...

Go ahead, blame me... I'm used to it... ;)

Besides, what he gonna do? Bust out the Caps Lock on me??? :lau :lau
Bust out the caps lock... :lau :lau:lau

Oh ya. . we also scored some free guttering so we are planning to put it down the sides and try to make a couple rain barrels so we can cut down on our city water usage. Them dirty dogs charge our sewer fee by the amount of water we use and it's been running 65 dollars or more just for sewer! We been paying 300 dollar electric bills. I'm blaming it on the kids not the ducks. Lol

look what our sweet SCG posted on the Old Folks thread...

yep

A supposedly scientific article going on about the shedding and regrowth of duck penisis.

so??? comments?
Those were 2 different articles, but similarly written... their langiage in describing the situation is very obscure and the antler comparison is completely obtuse...

Think of it this way, guys... cold makes shrinkage happen... seasons work same way with ducks... it can and does shrink down... and then, depending on necessity, it can expand to necessary lengths...

Never have I seen any actually 'fall off' and 'regrow'... their use of the word 'regenerate' is simply relative...

ETA: oh, and if you cut it off, it's gone... that part does not come back...

:highfive: Not that it matters, but i agree

my water company does the same. Not fair at all! my new gutters are catching funneling the water into my barrels well, but i still need filters. I have so many trees above my roof!
