They've always been called Lavender Orpingtons... just as they were always called Lavender Ameraucanas... until the petition to the APA...

It'll hit the fan with the Orpington breeders if they apply for APA acceptance just like it did with the Ameraucanas...

You got this, girl, like everything else.  Not saying it's easy but you will pull through stronger than before.  Here's hoping FEMA kicks in fast.  I hear it was a 500 year flood level?  CRAZY how much rain that was.  That's as much rain as we get in a whole year. And   for your birds too and your neighbors.  Bet they will be happy when they have somewhere dry to lay!

I'm hoping so.
I think i finally just got tired of putting up and letting it go.
I'm so miserable so much that i think it's time to get the doctors to see if they can do something with it.
I don't get short of breath .....just have a hard time breathing much of the time. Which really makes it hard to sleep.....and there definately is a seasonal allergy component....so here's hoping.....how are you doing friend?
