Love ya bunches!!
Talked to neighbor, all is sorted... he was very apologetic, offered to pay for the duck... I declined and when rain lets up long enough, he will dispose of said offender...
Good deal. Sure sorry it happened, but glad neighbor is understanding.

Thanks.... Every flock of chickens I have had has come to an untimely end in one fell swoup. Same goes for the Guineas.

Either dogs or Coyotes or raccoons or bobcats..... Of course my own stupidity was in there somewhere. Though I can claim I have never had a case of Coccidosis, or had to worm....

Injuries... I have dealt with... but nothing more than a dab of blue-coat or a dunk into sugar (Stops bleeding) I had one Guinea that got a leg pulled off by a raccoon. She lived with little more than an isolation cage and clean environment.... Easy access to food and water and no bullying. She lived a year before accident took her.

That trailer is going to be used alot. I have ten years worth of accumulation here at this house that needs to be stored at my own house. Horse Buggys are a bone of contention here... I hope to get them relocated home by the end of next month. those and a couple of new 110 gallon Water tubs...

I got a bunch of harness and a couple of riding saddles that need a safe place to live as well.

sigh... I miss my home... and my trip up only made me ache for it more....

:gig      OOPS!

:lau    I was too worried about missing a pond peep!

Not possible!  You're a delicate flower and only scents worthy of dreams waft from you.

Okay, my intro...I'm as pure and innocent...:lau
Wait, I can do this...my intellect is only matched by...:gig

Ahem, alright here we go...got my 1st 4 ducks in Spring 2015 straight run from a local farm store after researching on here for months prior.  The following Spring we added 4 more.  Laughter is one of my top daily priorities.  My sense of humor ranges from juvenile on up.  I'm easily amused & not easily offended.  These people here are like family to me.  Please treat them well.

:thumbsup nicely done! :highfive:

I do believe even SC would semi-approve. :D

You should have been in on the talk me and the boys from the sale barn had today . Very enlightening to say the least .I know a lot more now than I did . It was funny They had been there since five this morning and had sold only a few . I pulled in at 10:30 by 10:40 I had sold all My chickens
yesss.gif
Had to the offer was to good not to . And had a little Asian girl who was disappointed I sold them before she could buy any . So next Sunday I'll sell some more and make sure she gets some . I only sold the mixes and the culls to me . It was more than triple the money for almost the same number I sold at the sale Barn two weeks ago . I came home and DW said I need to hatch more

What she don't know is I fill the incubators every Sunday. Pull the clears at or on day five and replace them . This has bee a not so bad day .

Happy Birthday Walnut!! Would love to see pics of those floors, too.

I dropped off the machine and ended up trying to get a Craftsman tractor and a Bolens mower started that had been sitting 15+ years. Fetched gasoline, but neither of those would start without work so I cut 10" high city lawn with my Grandma's old Scotts reel mower

Did the trick and I got my exercise. The rain kept me cool.

Hey, you and Pyxis were discussing the 'IT'... not my fault if you're memory is shot! :lau

Relly glad you did good... wish I could risk the flea market, but just ain't happening... plus I ain't got the transportation to do it... and we have to downsize even more, though the Calls seem to think different, lol...

Gonna put up an ad for the Call ducklings... :fl I get good response...

Do you have any returning customers wanting fibro meat? Let me know, you can take the culls if you want...

Hate to ask what the sale guys said, lol... btw, Joe's chicks sold for $.05 apiece...
