Where did it come from?

I still have over 4 feet of snow...
Once the temperature reaches 32F they appear spring and autumn. They are not active in the warmer months. Then it's only the dog tick that eats me.
WATCH that spot for a red circle. Lymes disease is a very real thing. If you catch it early it's very treatable, once it's set in a while, you are in for a long ordeal.
Been there, done that. Doxycycline is my friend. Took part in a vaccine development study (as bad as having the disease) so should be immune. I will keep on top of it just in case.
 
Drop in late night and you guys are talking about my Ex DIL .My happy most of the time son ,is miserable. Snaps at his mother is moody all the time .We keep ticks all winter .Three or four off the puppies . Found one today walking on the brooder .Half asleep and tired .And if I didn't have enough to do Ifired up and filled the incubator. Look like maybe 80 % hatch rate .Set 180 plus extras. 8 were quitters 6 didn't hatch .3 pipped and didn't hatch ..
