I will keep my lilly pad here in Washington state.
Milder winter usually. Humidity is really a non starter here.
No nasty snakes on this side of the mountain either.

I agree, sleeping at 96 is extremely difficult... but central anything kills me.

That house I had in Texas had an attic fan that must have been taken out of a jet engine. It was NICE. It greatly reduced the number of days we had to turn on the AC.

My parents had an attic fan in LA when I was a kid. It really helped. We can’t have one here with our gas water heater. Something about putting out the pilot & dying in your sleep I think.

Little corn starch and baking powder in the flour with cayenne pepper and jalapeno seed .. Your going to get the same thing.
