So, wondering what the Articles and Reviews are all about. I have red numbers up there. Have looked at the last page, the numbers don't go away. ??

Yes, you can change this setting to not show when there are new articles or reviews. You can also "mark as read"

The drop down menu on the Account button has Alert Preferences. Scroll down the list to Articles. Uncheck whatever you don't want to receive alerts on.
