Hey guys. I have been seeing a bunch of post in here and on the facebook group about yall going into a feed store and not making it out without chicks. Well... I walked in to tractor supply for some lights. Well i left with no lights and 4 ducklings! I will try to take better pics for id but they were labeled Americana Chickens! Lays blue eggs yall! Lol i got one of each color in the mixed bin. Im already planning on going to orchelns to see what they got haha.

They’re very cute fluffy duckies!

We don’t have really any “feed stores” here that sell ducklings and chicks. You have to get them from pet shops, and most the time they are either muscovies or pekins. Still, I hope you continue to update us on the little webbed fluffies!

I went for oyster shell and left with 8 chicks.,,thankfully they did not have ducks

It's that time of the year .... The feed store here hasn't brought any in yet & I'm going to pick up what I need BEFORE the chicks arrive

I doubt they will lay blue eggs but they are coming out with new stuff every year! We can only hope.

Going forward I will be shopping online for feed March through June.
