I got my 2 welsummers as chicks from rural king... they are out of a pullet bin and up until now they have both looked like pullets... now one of my "girls" is getting black feathers all over "her" chest....
is she now a he? I don't care if she is I just want to know.... they are 4 months old now (hatched sometime around June 8th). The other girl has a solid red chest still but so did this boy/girl until now... Is it a hen that is just trying to trick me or what?
Anyways... yeah help! Thanks. First 7 pictures are the one that is getting black feathers like a roo and the rest are the one that looks female.
