Welsummer roo?

Can anyone help me decide if this is a welsummer roo or maybe a different breed? They were all meant to be welsummer pullets. It’s 3 weeks old, no sign of a comb, but the others all have tiny combs already. Markings are completely different from its chick mates. But the legs are pretty big I think!

Well, male Welsummers feather in with a black chest, while females feather in with a red or brown chest. So, if yours is indeed a Welsummer, it would be a cockerel. But for some reason It doesn’t look like a Welsummer to me, so I will let someone else chime in

This is a welsummer male !! I breed them I'm not sure yours look like welsummers
